To get you moving, we’re giving you a months’ worth of gym-free workouts, planned & written in conjunction with our Accredited Exercise Physiologists!*


We’ll release one workout a day, to give you consistency and create the habit. What’s better is workouts have been designed for all levels of fitness, and shouldn’t take any longer than 30 minutes (although you can go at a slower pace if you need to!)
