Who is Emil?

Emil has several years of experience in the field in both clinical and healthy populations. He has worked with junior representative rugby league athletes as well as working as a consultant with Olympian Emanuele Fuamatu, who represented Samoa in shotput in the 2012 Olympic games. He has also spent 6 years working in clinical rehabilitation in health clinics and medical centres. He has experience as a lecturer at a personal training college and has coached tennis for 7 years. Emil also lived in Boston, Massachusetts in 2011 and 2012 whilst attending the University of Massachussets, Boston, where he would be involved in athletic training and further university studies.

Emil works in several medical centres, gyms and health clinics in Sydney, where he conducts most of his client assessments, exercise programming and consultations as well as overseeing the development of other professionals in his team. His team involves other health practitioners as well as general practitioners and specialists. He takes special interest in musculoskeletal injuries such as osteoarthritis, back pain and joint pain, as well as rehabilitation and lifestyle intervention from long term and chronic issues such as diabetes, obesity, hypertension, heart disease and depression. The clients vary depending on what condition he is dealing with but the majority of his patients are adults above the age of 40. He also specialises in sports specific training for teenagers and has experience with tennis, cricket, rugby league (both touch, tag and contact).
