Body Balance with Jane
Safely challenge your whole-body balance in the comfort of your home! All you need is your kitchen bench and a sturdy chair – no special equipment necessary. Jane, one of our Exercise Physiologists, will take you through various balancing and stability exercises suited to your individual level. All skill levels and people are welcome!
