FREE INTRO TO RESISTANCE TRAINING FOR TEENS SESSION – QLD
Join Ultimate Results Training in Aitkenvale, QLD this Exercise Right Week for a free Intro to Resistance Training for Teens workshop aimed at 13-18 year olds looking at getting into gym work.
This session will be delivered by degree-qualified exercise professionals. This workshop was inspired by our coach’s experience with getting into weights at a young age and with the benefit of experience and hindsight, what they wish they knew back when they first started.
This session will include:
– The “Intro to Resistance Training” Seminar covering topics such as where to start, importance of technique, how many times per week and more.
– 60-minute resistance training session incorporating all the major basic movement patterns that teens should master early on to prevent injury and maximise the effectiveness of their training.
– Each participant will be provided with a copy of the exercise session to continue with at home or at their own gym.
