What you’ll need:
1. Zoom account, please check for updates and sign in prior to the event start time to ensure you are good to go!

2. Equipment:
Mat, towel, water bottle, can of beans or tomatoes from the pantry.

*Optional equipment: 1x 10kg Dumbbell or Kettlebell, 1x 5/6kg Dumbbell, 1x 2/3kg Dumbbell (or as close to these as possible)

If you don’t have any equipment, that is ok! Follow along with the body weight options.
