BEXS-traordinary Brain Breaks
Join us for a supervised, evidence-based and strategically crafted 10-minute ‘No-Sweat’ mobility session designed to offset postural compression, boost your mood and restore cognition while working from home. These are free sessions, open to anyone, that run Monday to Thursday during Exercise Right Week at 12.30pm, 1.00pm and 1.30pm.
