Get a Better Back Through Yoga

Join us for a 75 minute yoga class designed to help you get a better back. This is a Yoga and Qi Gong class for modern bodies!

Learn how to build your energy & calm your mind with ancient stretch and breath therapy. Enjoy a combination of fluid movement and static positions to strengthen & lengthen your muscles. This class is suitable for all levels. If balance is an issue, please ensure you have a chair handy or set up near a wall. A pre-screening questionnaire is essential so please email bookings at least 24 hours prior.
