Walk & Talk – Lake Albert
Join us for Exercise Right Week and start your Monday morning with a Walk & Talk along the iconic Lake Albert.
This event aims to highlight the many physical, mental and social health benefits of exercise. All ages, fitness levels and abilities are encouraged to come along. There will be turn around points set up to indicate 1km, 2km and 3km distances or you can choose to do the full 5.5km loop.
Registration opens at 9:30am for participants to fill in a pre-exercise screening questionnaire.
After you’ve completed your walk, stay and mingle over a coffee as our Exercise Physiologists will be around to have a chat and answer any questions.
