Exercise & Physical Health

BRACE YOUR BODY

Regardless of your age or health status, exercise can help to keep your body healthy. Staying active doesn’t just make you fitter and stronger, it also helps to protect you from chronic illnesses like cancer, heart disease and type 2 diabetes.

Being active reduces your risk of virtually all chronic conditions

Walking 30 min, 5 times a week, would reduce Australia’s disease burden by 26%

Exercise is important for ALL bodies, regardless of age or health status
