Every May, Exercise Right Week celebrates the power of exercise and movement by encouraging Aussies of all ages, abilities and backgrounds to get active, feel better and live well.
Exercise Right Week is your chance to kickstart healthier habits and discover the benefits of daily exercise and physical activity, with the help of accredited exercise professionals.
Exercise Right Week – 23-30 May 2026
Whether you’re starting out or looking to take your fitness to the next level, you’ll get access to free or discounted events, expert advice, and plenty of motivation to help you move safely and confidently. Best of all, you’ll be supported by accredited exercise professionals like exercise scientists, exercise physiologists and sports scientists, to help you on your journey towards better health.

Connect with your community by attending free local events in May.
So far, 13,215 participants are taking part in 2025 and together have raised
to further life-saving research and support families facing blood cancer.
