Online StediStrong Exercise Class

An online, registered falls prevention program that includes strength and balance exercises you can do anywhere. This session focuses on improving stability, coordination, and confidence in movement. You will need a set of dumbbells, a resistance band, a sturdy chair, and a computer or device with a working camera. Please ensure your exercise area is free from clutter and that someone is home while you complete the class for safety reasons. You may also need someone to assist you with setting up your computer or device before the class begins, as we are unable to provide IT support.
