Powered by Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA), this national campaign delivers expert advice, practical tools and resources. All content is created by Accredited Exercise Professionals, so you can trust it’s backed by science and designed to get you moving safely.

Past campaigns
‘Who Moves You?’ (2025)
was about recognising the people who inspire us to get active and stay active. Whether it’s your children, teammates, loved ones, future self, or an accredited exercise professional, the campaign was about celebrating those who keep us moving.
‘Just Move’ (2024)
highlighted the benefits of everyday movement and regular structured exercise for your health. This year included the Exercise Right Challenge which encouraged Aussies to just move for 30 minutes a day for 30 days in May.
