Exercise Right health check

You've tested your strength and balance, see what your results mean.

Your health scorecard gave you a snapshot of four key measures:

  • Strength: a predictor of vitality and longevity.
  • Sit-to-stand: a measure of lower body strength and mobility.
  • Balance: critical for stability, confidence, and fall prevention.
  • Blood pressure: an indicator of cardiovascular health.

Why these results matter

These results help give you a snapshot of your overall health which can be improved through exercise. A structured exercise program can:

  • Build strength and independence, helping to maintain muscle strength and balance. This is important as you age!
  • Prevent and manage chronic disease and conditions like heart disease, diabetes, and osteoporosis.
  • Help to manage mental health by reducing psychological distress, improving resilience, and aiding recovery.

What's next?

Your results are a starting point — not the finish line.
